• Round-trip transfers are only available for hotels and residences located centrally in Dubai (Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed, Marina).
• Pick-up from areas outside Dubai can be arranged for an additional charge.
• Report 15 minutes before the scheduled time.
• Women and children under 2 years are not allowed on the glass-bottom boat.
• Children must remain under adult supervision.
• Wheelchair and stroller access are available (except for ray encounters and the penguin cave visit).
• Sougat Tours will not be responsible if any activity is unavailable due to technical errors or weather conditions.
• Timings: Sunday – Wednesday: 10 AM – 10 PM; Thursday – Saturday: 10 AM – 12 AM.
