Thank you for selecting our vacation package (s). By booking a trip through our website, you are presumed to have accepted its terms of service. Please read the following terms and procedures to ensure that you fully understand the details of your selected trip. All of the terms and conditions listed below apply to bookings made through our websites, including:

1. Costing

Our policy guarantees you reasonable prices as well as the convenience of booking reservations online. Unless otherwise specified, costs on our website are per person and do not include tips for tour guides or drivers, passport / visa fees, travel insurance, beverages or food, lodging, room services, or laundry. The listed rates are subject to change without notice, particularly in the event of an unanticipated event, such as a rise in airline tickets, hotel rates, or transportation costs.

2. Payment Methods

We take nearly all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Diners Club. Payment in full must be made by credit card, and guests must supply their credit card number to complete the purchase. This will be reflected as a charge on your bill.

3. Payment Confirmation

Once your money has been received, our travel advisors will send you a confirmation slip via email. Its print can be shown as proof of payment to the service provider in order to redeem your trip package. However, be certain that you gave accurate information about your travel needs at the time of booking.

4.1 Cancellation Each Tour Activity/Attraction/Hotel has its own cancellation policy; before booking any activity with Sougat Tours, the client must understand the cancellation policy of that specific tour.
• Combo tours can be cancelled, but if anyone cancels any of the single tours in the combo, they will not be able to take advantage of the combo offer.
• In this case, Sougat will consider the individual tour price of the non-cancelled tour and refund the remaining amount.
• Tourist Visa fees are not refundable once payment is made at Rayna’s website. Otherwise, you would be limited to the excursions and services listed in the alternatives.
4.2 Absence
If you do not show up for the tour, you will not be refunded in full or in part. The same rule applies to unused tickets, sightseeing excursions, automobile rentals, and chauffeur-driven services. Similarly, rescheduling is not permitted for confirmed excursions, airport transfers, and other travel-related activities.

5. Procedures for Cancellation

We recommend that you thoroughly study the cancellation conditions that apply to your travel package before filing a cancellation. If you need to cancel all or part of your reservation, make sure to notify Sougat Tours in writing. When we receive your cancellation request, we will notify you through e-mail, fax, or phone of the confirmation of booking cancellation as well as the charge that must be paid. Sougat Tours is not liable for any cancellations that are not received from you or verified by us.

6. Changes to the Itinerary

Routes and services included in your package are subject to vary dependent on local / weather circumstances, airway timetables, and a variety of other factors. If this occurs, we can supply acceptable alternatives of comparable value, but only if they are available. We will, at most, communicate any modifications to the itinerary prior to departure. Please keep in mind that Sougat Travels & Tours maintains the right to make minor changes to the itinerary at any moment without compensation. Furthermore, no refund is possible in the case of a significant disaster, such as a flood or an earthquake.

7. Hotel Accommodations & Check-in – Check-out Procedures

If we are unable to provide you a room at your desired hotel, we will make every effort to find you a suitable alternative with a similar budget and standard. When it comes to check-in and check-out policies, it all relies on the hotel you’ve picked. Sougat Travels & Tours is not liable for any early or late check-in or check-out requests that are not met by the hotel owing to their busy schedule.

8. Travel Protection Insurance

Sougat Travels & Tours will not be held liable for any losses incurred as a result of an accident, illness, injury, or loss of personal luggage, or even trip cancellation. To deal with unanticipated circumstances, it is recommended that the traveler obtain travel insurance.

9. Travel Documentation

Every visitor is responsible for ensuring that he or she has the necessary documentation for the tour, such as a passport or a valid ID card. This is especially crucial for visitors from other countries. There will be no reimbursement if these papers are lost or destroyed.

10. Restrictions on Website Use

Sougat Travel and Tours owns all of the material on this website, including the logo, photos, trip package information, price data, and other pertinent information. As a result, as a condition of using this website, you agree not to use it or its content for any non-personal, commercial, or illicit purpose.

11. Shipping & Delivery Policy

Inclusion is required and should include the following points (applicable as per the website Products/Services).
“(Website) shall NOT engage with or supply any services or goods to any OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctioned nations in compliance with UAE legislation.”

12. Jurisdiction and Governing Law

Inclusion is required and should include at least one of the following items.
“Any purchase, disagreement, or claim arising out of or related to this website must be controlled and construed in compliance with UAE law.”
